Throughout 2023-2024, FJ Masters, BFC Masters, Fine Vintage, Union Pacifico, Celts Masters, Nepal 40, YC&AC O40 will be participating in a 7 team league format that will take place from September 2024 to June 2025.

The league will be 7-aside. Players must be 40 years old or over. 2 fixed underage players (over 35) are permitted to play for the entire season.
Each team may have a maximum of 12 players (7 on the field, inc. GK) Substitutions may be made at any time BUT ONLY from the sub zone at the halfway line - (player(s) coming on MUST WAIT for the player to come off before replacing him (AT THE SUB ZONE)
Games will be 25 minutes long, each team gets at least two games on each match day.

Games will take place either at YC&AC or BST Nagasawa Sports Ground.
