Kanto International Master 7's Soccer, the first match day

Announcements - September 24th 2024

The first day of the Kanto International Masters Sevens Soccer kicked off at the recently renovated YC&AC. The opening day hosted a very international crowd, with 90% of the participants being non Japanese players. A truly international league fitting of it's name!

With this being a league and no longer a one day tournament. Teams were definitely more competitive. YC&AC’s new signing, Robin Abe Snaith, scored a beautiful opening goal from outside the box. But this would be their only goal that day, although they did create chances, they ended up losing both of their games. Union Pacifico also lost both of their games but entertained the spectators immensely by stirring up a riot during their game. The referees did well by staying strong and remained unmoved by any of Unions claims! FJ Masters and Celts lost one and won one, with both of their games being very close. Fine Vintage and BFC won both of their games, preforming very well for their first date.

Currently Fine Vinatge are topping the ranks with their massive goal difference but it is still the first day of a long season. Teams will change and adapt as the months go by. It’s still anybody’s league to win it!

The next match day will be on October 5th BST Nagasawa Sports Ground (16:50 kick off)
