FJ TOTW MATCh Day 11

Announcements - November 6th 2016

At 1pm on Sunday a minute silence was held prior to the FJ Cup match between BFC Tokyo and Dutch FC. The silence was held in honour of BFC Tokyo's founder Gordon Liversidge who passed away last week. In BFC Tokyo's 36 year history rarely have they won a game so emphatically. On an emotional afternoon they managed to score 14 and only concede one goal. Dutch did only play the match with 10 men but you still have to beat the team in front of you. Notable scorers were Kohei Hanada who kept up his good recent from by scoring 6 goals and the pacey Marcos Overland helped himself to a hat trick.

A performance that the founder would have been proud of. Well done to BFC and RIP Gordon.
